SOA Architect Training Course

In this instructor-led, live training in Taiwan, participants will learn how to connect various applications, data sources, and APIs while building a sample routing application using Mule.

By the end of this training, participants will be able to:

• Design, build, and manage connectivity between APIs, applications, and services.
• Manage interactions across legacy systems and custom applications.
• Integrate software as a service (SaaS) with on-premises software.
• Utilize Mule's design and development tools to design, test, and run Mule flows.
• Understand and support various messaging standards, including AMQP, JMS, and WMQ.
• Monitor, deploy, and configure applications using the Mule Management Console (MMC).

This course is tailored for developers creating web applications, aiming to provide opportunities offered by the REST architectural pattern by which you can communicate between sites.

Our ED-SOA training centers on constructing and analyzing an architecture framework that extends the SOA reference architecture. In this model, services act as event generators, signaling issues or potential problems, opportunities, thresholds, or deviations.

While SOA is not exclusive to BPM software, there are several natural synergies between BPM and SOA. Perhaps most obvious of these is the separation of business process management as an independent function, allowing processes to be designed independently of any single application and leveraged as shared business logic.

In this course, we provide an overview of SOA and SOA Governance. You will gain insight into the added value of using service contracts as part of your development process.

This course is designed for students at the postgraduate level (or equivalent) and combines theoretical lectures with practical lab sessions.

It covers common challenges in building distributed application landscapes, beginning with integration issues, infrastructure, and modern approaches, up to resolving complexity problems.

The course explains the advantages and disadvantages of each solution (such as traditional SOA versus Microservice architecture), available tools (primarily open-source) that support development and maintenance, and more.
