jBPM Consulting Project for a Major International Telecommunications and Media Company
Requirements: Conduct a high-level architecture review. Support the migration of host business-critical processes to a new platform. Utilize jBPM for decision automation.
Deliverables: Provide guidance on the technical aspects of the project. Research and implement solutions. Design and deliver a series of customized training sessions to enable engineers to independently develop future, complex jBPM solutions.
Outcome: A long-term, complex consultancy project where NobleProg was embedded within the client team. The migration of business-critical processes to the new platform was successful, followed by ongoing work to support the business team in transitioning to independent operations. The provided training was very well received and enabled many staff members to transition into new roles supporting the systems on the new platform.
