Outcomes: This was a long-term, complex consultancy project where NobleProg was embedded within the client team. The migration of business-critical processes to the new platform was successful, followed by ongoing support to help the business team transition to independent operation. The training provided was very well received, enabling many staff members to transition into new roles supporting the systems on the new platform.
