Day 1

Settling Down and Preparation Formalities

Material preparation, participant orientation, and refreshments

Module 1: My Confidence, My Stage

Understanding the importance of self-confidence in the success of public speaking delivery and personal expression

Activity 1: I am Me

Participants will stand in the foreground to share information about themselves, helping to build confidence and self-esteem.

Module 2: The Power of Influence and Persuasion – How Will I Make People Listen?

Discussion on the importance of implying and delivering ideas aimed at influencing, inspiring, and capturing attention.

Activity 2: The Blind Guide

Three participants from each group will attempt to build a tower of LEGO/building blocks with alternating colors while two of them are blindfolded. Only one team member will have no blindfold and will serve as the captain. This captain will lead the two blindfolded members using their voice as the sole source of instruction. One blindfolded participant will construct the tower, while the other blindfolded participant will relay the instructions.

Synthesis Session

Summary and discussion on the importance of the previous session

Module 3: Public Speaking and Its Structure

Discussion on the structure of public speaking, preparation techniques, and key considerations for delivery.

Activity 3: My Crazy Story

Participant groups will create a story based on a single source topic

Module 4: Construction and Delivery of the Speech

Session will focus on methods for constructing speech content, identifying effective delivery strategies, and personal preparation for delivery.

Final Synthesis and Assignment Delivery

Participants will be given one of the following topics for a discussion lasting a maximum of 5 to 10 minutes.

Day 2

Activity 1: Delivery of Identified Topics through Public Presentation

Module 5: Merging Public Speaking and the Internet Superhighway
