The PAQ certification program is a three-day, experiential exam preparation course designed to refine practical skills that participants can immediately apply in their workplace.

The exam consists of a 'hands-on' assessment. Candidates receive a product backlog release featuring user stories, related design documentation, and a 'multi-drop' application pre-loaded with defects. Participants will receive detailed instructions on the expectations for the practical assessment and the chance to produce the required work products. Each practical assessment includes one or two additional scenario-based questions requiring written responses (up to five questions in total) that evaluate a range of competencies. An independent assessor will grade both the product backlog release and the written answers. The assessment duration is 2.5 hours.

The "SAFe® Product Owner/Product Manager with POPM Certification" training is a two-day course that enables participants to acquire the skills necessary to effectively manage value delivery in a Lean enterprise.
