SAFe® for Teams Training Course
This two-day course is designed to equip teams that are part of an Agile Release Train (ART) with the skills needed to thrive in an Agile environment. Participants will learn how to leverage Scrum, Kanban, and XP methodologies effectively. The training covers becoming Agile Teams, building and managing backlogs, and planning and executing iterations. Additionally, teams will gain a deep understanding of their role within the ART, including collaboration, planning, execution, and continuous improvement with other teams.
This class prepares participants to manage a Program Increment (PI), including all necessary meetings at both the Team and Program levels, with a particular emphasis on upcoming PI planning. By attending this course, you will be well-prepared to take the exam and become a certified SAFe® Practitioner (SP).

Requirements
All are welcome to attend the course, regardless of experience. However, the following prerequisites are highly recommended for those who intend to take the SAFe® Practitioner (SP) certification exam:

- Working knowledge of software and hardware development processes
